Roger Bardales, also called Mukanranko and Mokan Ranko, is a 39-year-old Shipibo shaman who presents himself as ‘ambassador of the Shipibo-Conibo tribe’. This article contains interviews with nine students who worked with him over the last 12 years, who say he has sexually abused multiple female students while they were under the influence of ayahuasca, both in Peru and at ceremonies in Europe.
